TIPS FOR EXERCISING AND MOVING MORE

Even though you may feel desk-bound for most of the day, you’d be surprised how much better your day will go if you can fit in even a short burst of physical activity.

Skip the elevator – and take the stairs
Forgo email – and walk your message over to your colleague’s office
Stretch it out – there’s no rule (that we know of) that says you can’t do a few yoga or running stretches when your energy is lagging!
