Believe it... this ice cream is actually healthy!
3/4 cup skim millk
2 scoops ThinStick Shake
2 cups frozen banana slices, about two medium bananas (great use for all those bananas in your fridge)
2 Tbsp Fat Free Reddi-wip ©
2 tsp chocolate syrup
2 tsp chopped walnuts
1) Add milk and ThinStick to blender. Pulse until mixed.
2) Add frozen banana slices, blend on high until smooth about 45 seconds. If using a BlendTec blender, select "ice cream" cycle. Scrape down sides as needed.
3) Spoon into bowl and top with whip cream, chocolate syrup, and walnuts.
4) Enjoy this guiltless delight! ;)
