Weight Loss Competition

Jared M. Skowron, N.D. had a "Biggest Loser" competition in his office using ThinStick. They reported that their biggest challenge was evening snacking, so Dr. Skowron had them take ThinStick with lunch and dinner.Here are the results and what the competitors had to say...

After 6 weeks:


Kelly F lost 4 pounds

Moe M lost 5 pounds

Diane R lost 4 pounds

Lisa W lost 5 pounds

This was along with diet and exercise. Where previously, diet and exercise were not effective for weight loss.

Moe M said, "These really stop my nightly snack cravings."

Lisa W said, "I don't eat dessert anymore, and for me not to eat chocolate is huge."

This would be fun to do in any kind of office! Get yourself and co-workers together and start a fun healthy competition!!
